Sonoma County Sheriff’s Press Release
On 8-1-10 at about 3:38 PM, rescue crews were dispatched to Lake Sonoma for a jet-skier who crashed his personal water craft onto the shore across the Warm Springs Arm from Madrone Point.  The Sheriff’s Helicopter “Henry-1″ responded along with the Sheriff’s Boating Unit, Geyserville Fire Dept., Army Corps Rangers and REACH.

On 7-2-10 at about 4:57 PM, the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Helicopter, “Henry-1″ was called to Schooner Gulch Beach in Point Arena for an ocean rescue.  A windsurfer was reported to be in distress. The Henry-1 crew responded along with local fire and rescue crews.

On Saturday 10-17-09 at about 4:15 pm, the Sheriff’s Helicopter Unit “Henry-1″ was called out to the south end of Bodega Head for a cliff rescue. Witnesses reported that a man had become stranded on the cliff’s edge after trying to rescue his own dog, which had also fallen down the cliff.
