Neither Night, Nor Driving Rain…

Back at the hangar, the work doesn’t stop. Apart from their work as a cohesive team, each crew member has a specialty to perform that requires they are fit and fully prepared for whatever may come. One scenario that is difficult to simulate without the help of mother nature is executing a long line rescue during a Pacific storm. Because fair weather rescues are never guaranteed, pilot Paul Bradley took advantage of one punishing, rain-lashed afternoon to work the rescue barrel around the airfield.
